The location for downtown events was fantastic and convenient, the rooms were clean, updated, and had comfortable beds, along with a nice fridge.

The hotel was absolutely great in general, had consistently courteous staff with great manager. The room was reasonably large & brand-new, with the spa tub. The breakfast included coffee and cookies, loved this place. The breakfast was very very good and exceptional, the check in was early.

The hotel boasts very central location on the outskirts away from all the activities. I liked my room - brand-new with the spa tub.

The breakfast had lots of food, including coffee and cookies. The view of the mountains was absolutely gorgeous. The room was large and brand-new. The hotel's location was ideal, very central and close to sightseeing attractions, with plenty of things to do for a teenager. Besides, Asheville-Biltmore West hotel is near a dozen good restaurants.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the room was well priced and pet-friendly, with super-comfy beds and a balcony. the fridge in the room was a nice touch. the restaurant was a great spot for breakfast.

I loved Asheville, and the hotel was great. the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. My room was updated and reasonably large with a view of the mountains. the location was marvelous, very close to Asheville, NC. the meal served at the indoor restaurant was outstanding. the friendly service and free Wi-Fi throughout the property were great perks.

Recently renovated room on a higher floor with excellent food offerings such as coffee and cookies, and a friendly and efficient staff including a fantastic manager available around the clock.

I got to the airport within 17 minutes' drive.

The room here is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along, and it's comfortably quiet. the bed is super cozy, making for a great night's sleep. 🐾 the location is top-notch, close to various spots for fun and dining, as well as the main sights and downtown – you can't get better than that!

The location here is wonderful and convenient, the restaurant serves fantastic food, and the complimentary breakfast includes delicious bacon and cinnamon rolls.

Conveniently, the airport is just 12 miles away. the rooms here are pet-friendly, clean, and updated, featuring comfy beds. 🐾

The location here was fantastic, with a shopping mall and market just a short walk away and being only 1 mile from Edgewood Baptist Church.

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the breakfast options, which offered a variety of choices and were better than the typical hotel breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near a grocery store and drug store made it easy to find everything we needed during our trip.

One downside was the issue with noise in the room. We could hear noise from the common area and pool, which made it difficult to sleep in or relax during the day.

The staff at the hotel were very good. The rooms were comfortable and luxurious. The bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient.
